A Great Piece of Architecture

This is the Coronado bridge in San Diego. My family and I crossed it during our holiday trip to the United States. The bridge links San Diego, California with the city of Coronado. It was designed by architect Robert Mosher and had started construction on Februrary 1967, the bridge was opened to traffic on August 3, 1969.

The bridge spans over 11,179 feet long in length and reaches a maximum height of 200 feet. The bridge is curved at an 80 degree angle that goes toward San Diego and was constructed from steel girders and concrete.

Best Piece of Creative Work

This is a photo of my friend Lyna that was taken last year. This was done in Adobe Photoshop using adjustment layers and airbrushing. I smoothed out some surfaces using the airbrush and changed the color of her eyes using adjustment layers. I was experimenting with different overlays and filters until I ended up with a tone I liked. I also had to wash out the noise and loss of quality that was caused by image compression of JPEG.
